anorexia! i hate you!
so why are you still with me?
you cause me great pain,
but i am so blinded from the big whole you put in me.
my stomach aches for the emtiness inside.
my hair is so stringy from the protien you must hide.
you leave no time for any activities.
my friends are in a blunder,
you say that they'll hate me.
and so i must decide.
what do i do?
do you stay
or do you go?
i dont know what to do
so i guess ill do the only thing i know.
i will fight for my life
and show you whoes the boss!
ill will fight to the very end
'till you realize you have lost!
anorexia! i hate you!
and i want you to know.
you have no power over me,
so you might as well just go!

your a strong girl =]
someone very close to me has struggled with anorexia for most of her life and i know how strong of a grip it can have on someone's psyche. many people misinterpret anorexia to be a when someone starves themselves to look thin, but its much deeper than that. in most cases its a desperate attempt at control in one's hectic life. just keep in mind that there are people you can go to for help and that anorexia is always an enemy even when it looks like a friend. keep strong and one day you will beat it just like my friend did.
WOW! You're a very strong girl. Anorexia is a hard thing. I've never been through it but I'm assuming its very hard. I'm sorry that you have to go through that, and so young. We all have our issues but i really hope that you can get some help sweetheart. Let me know how things work out okay?
this is a really empowering poem.
even tho its about a very tough subject that im sure u have a hard time dealing with... its gives a sense of strength whatever issues a person might have.
